When you click 'Send Proposal' within Delphi and select an UpMail template, a new email is created. If you want to reply to an existing email while including Delphi booking details in an UpMail email, there is a workaround you can use. Here’s how:
1. Once all booking details have been entered into Delphi, click “Send Proposal” as you normally would.
2. Once in UpMail, copy the end of the URL (?delphi_xml_id=XXXXX). The XXXXX is your booking ID.
3. Reply to the client’s email in your inbox using the UpMail plug-in for Outlook or Gmail.
4. When you reach the UpMail Templates page, paste the copied Delphi booking ID at the end of the URL. It should look similar to the below.
5. Select your desired template. The booking data should then import into the template.
