If images in your UpMail account are not downloading or appear broken, it's typically due to one of the following reasons:
1. Browser Extensions or Settings:
Certain browser extensions, such as ad blockers or privacy-focused tools, may block image downloads.
Your browser's settings might also be configured to restrict image loading. Please check if any extensions are enabled or if images are disabled in the browser’s content settings.
2. Network Restrictions:
If you’re accessing UpMail from a corporate or secured network, firewall or network restrictions might block certain elements, including images.
Testing on a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot or home Wi-Fi) can help determine if this is the issue.
3. Cache or Cookies:
Corrupted or outdated cached data in your browser may prevent images from loading correctly. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often resolve this.
4. Content-Security Policies (CSPs):
If your organization uses strict content-security policies, this might block the display of externally hosted images. You may need to ask your IT team to whitelist the domains where images are hosted.
5. Browser Compatibility:
Some browser versions may not fully support all functionalities of UpMail. Ensuring your browser is up to date can help.
We first recommend clearing your browsers cache and if the issue persists, request that your IT team whitelist the following domains:
UpMail Account: *.upmailapp.com
UpMail Media Hosting Platform: res.cloudinary.com
UpMail Training Video Hosting Platform: vimeo.com
