You can automatically create an activity in Delphi/Salesforce when sending an email from UpMail by using the BCC function.
Simply BCC the designated Salesforce CRM email address when sending your email. The activity will then be added to the Contact's Activity History in Delphi/Salesforce.

Viewing the Activity in Delphi/Salesforce
Once your email is sent, the activity will appear in Delphi/Salesforce under the Contact's Activity History section.
Attaching the Activity to a Booking
If you want to link the activity to a specific booking, follow these steps:

Locate the activity within the Activity History section.

Click Edit on the activity.

Find the Related To field.

Select Booking from the dropdown menu.

Choose the relevant booking and save your changes.
Once saved, the activity will be attached to the booking. You can verify this by navigating to the Booking's Activity History section.
This ensures all relevant communications are properly tracked within your CRM, keeping your records organized and up to date.
