If you need to update a proposal you've already sent via email, you can't directly edit the original email. However, you can modify the sent email and resend it with the necessary changes to the recipient.
To do this, you will first want to duplicate the sent email by going to the 'Emails' page, clicking on the sent email and selecting 'Duplicate'.
When it comes to duplicating emails, it's important to note that you can only replicate emails that you've personally sent, not those from other members of your team.
Once duplicated, you will be taken to the email composer where you can make your edits and resend to the recipient. In this case, we recommend updating the subject line to clearly indicate that this an update version of the proposal by including words such as 'Revised', 'Updated' or 'Version 2'.

If you prefer to keep all communication within the same email thread and include the revised proposal with that correspondence, there's a simple workaround. After making the necessary edits to the proposal within the email composer, send the email to yourself. Then, you can generate a web link from the sent email and share this link within the original email thread.
