This article outlines the General Account Settings available to UpMail Champions.
To access the General Account Settings, go to Setup>Account Settings and click on General Settings>General
Email Templates Folders
By default, these settings will be turned on. This will allow your users to create and save email templates they create within the Team's Templates and My Templates folders. If you only want your users to use the Recommended Templates, turn access to these folders off.
Invitation Settings
Utilize this functionality to invite users to a free trial of your UpMail account. This may be useful if you want a member of your team to try out UpMail, but don't want to add an additional user account.
MFA Activation
By turning on the Multi-Factor Authentication, your users will be required to provide email verification prior to logging into their UpMail account. This adds an extra layer of security to your user accounts. You can also set how many hours the MFA is valid for until the user must reauthenticate.
Email Cancellation Option
By turning this on, you will delay the send of your emails in order to give users the option to recall an email for the time period selected. Enabling this feature does not affect your deliverability.
Reporting
By default, all users have access to all reporting. If you would like team/account reporting to only be available to the UpMail Champions, turn the full reporting access off.
Email Dispatch Throttling
Email throttling occurs when the receiving Internet Service Provider (ISP) limits the amounts of emails they can accept from a sender during a specific period. To ensure your emails are delivered, you can set parameters to control the maximum number of emails sent per minute by your UpMail users.
Currency
Within the General Settings, you can set the Currency to align with your location.
