The top and bottom banners appear on all of your email templates. These banners can be created and edited in Setup > Account Settings. The top and bottom banners will initially be created for your account during onboarding based on your branding.
The top and bottom banners can be modified to reflect any branding options and color schemes.
Creating or Editing the Top Banner
1. Go to Setup > Account Settings
2. On the left menu, go to Email Templates Setup > Top Banner
3. Click 'New' on the top right or 'Edit' the existing top banners
4. From the editing page, you can:
- Add/edit the name of the banner
- Upload or change the logo (we recommending uploading a logo with a transparent background in a png format, minimum 80pix wide)
- Add/edit the logo link
- Edit the background color
- Edit the Menu Text Font
- Edit the Menu Text Color
- Add/edit the Link Labels & URLs
5. Click 'Update' and you will see all your Top Banner options.
Within your templates, users will be able to change the layout of the top banner by clicking on the pencil icon next to the banner and selecting a different layout option.
Editing the Bottom Banner
Bottom banners can be edited the same way as your Top Banners.
1. Go to Setup > Account Settings
2. On the left menu, go to Email Templates Setup > Bottom Banner
3. Click 'New' on the top right or 'Edit' the existing top banners.
4. From the editing page, you can:
- Add/edit the name of the banner
- Edit the background color
- Edit the Menu Text Font
- Edit the Menu Text Color
- Add/edit the Menu Link Labels & URLs
5. Click 'Update' and you will see all your Bottom Banner options.
Please note that you can remove the top or bottom banner from an email or email template by clicking on the pencil icon next to the banner and selecting 'Delete'.
