Within your Recommended Templates and Team's Templates, Categories will appear on the left. The Categories will allow you to organize your templates into common themes making them easier to find.
During the initial setup of your UpMail account, default Categories will be set for your Recommended Templates, which can be updated at any time.
To edit your Template Categories, go to Setup>Account Settings and select Categories in the left menu. From here you can choose to edit your Recommended Template Categories or your Team's Templates Categories.
- Select the 'Edit' button to edit the name of a Category
- Select the 'Delete' button to delete a Category
- Select 'Add child' to add a sub-category
- Select 'Add Category' to add a new Category
- To rearrange the Categories, click on the Category name, then drag and drop to the new location
