Within the email composer, you have the flexibility to modify any text either for the current email only or save it as part of an email template for future use. This allows you to customize content based on the immediate needs of your communication or efficiently store recurrent content for streamlined use in templates.
UpMail emails/templates are made up of various text snippets opposed to one block of text. This will allow you to easily edit specific sections of text and move text around.
Editing/Creating an Existing Text Snippet
If you make edits to a text snippet directly within the email composer and then save the template, the changes will overwrite the initial text snippet within the email template. This process essentially creates a new text snippet, ensuring that your modifications are captured and saved for future use in the template.
If you do not save the email template, the text snippet will not be saved.
Changing & Editing Recommended Text
In certain instances, you might encounter Recommended Text suggestions located on the right-hand section of the interface. These suggestions have been curated by the UpMail Champion, offering you multiple text alternatives to choose from.
Explore these options by clicking on them, and if you find one that suits your needs, you can directly edit it within the email composer.
If you do not save the email template, the text snippet will not be saved.
