As an UpMail Champion, Template Settings can be accessed for all email templates within your account. There are two ways to access a template's settings:
1. Click on the cog icon from the main template page.
2. Click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the email composer page.
Both options will open an 'Edit Template' page.
From the Edit Template page, you can:
Update the Name of the template - the name of the template will appear at the top of the thumbnail preview on the main template page.
By default, the templates are ordered alphabetically. If you would like a custom order, use numbers or letters in front of the template name.
Update the default Subject Line of the template - the Subject Line can also be updated within the email composer and saving the template.
Select the Category - the Categories reflect the Categories set on the main template library page. Categories can be edited via Setup>Account Settings.
Set a Default Reminder - by setting a default reminder, an email will automatically be sent to you after the specified number of days following the initial email send.
Select a Communication Type - by selecting a Communication Type, you will be able to view statistics based on these communication types within your reporting dashboard.
Option to Publish - if a template is unpublished, it will appear on the main template page, but cannot be used. By default, this option is selected.
Option to 'Allow users to access account media library' - this will allow users to access the images and content used within the template. By default, this option is selected.
Delete the Template - the button in the top right corner will allow you to delete the template from your account.
