Utilize UpMail to follow up on previously sent UpMail emails, ensuring all correspondence remains centralized within the platform.
Go to the Sent Emails page and choose the specific email you wish to follow up on.
Please note that you can only follow-up on emails that you have sent yourself.
If there are multiple recipients, you can use the drop-down to select a specific group of recipients to follow up with:
- Only recipients who opened
- Only recipients who clicked
- Only recipients who didn't open
If no group is specified, the follow-up will go to all recipients of the original email, however, you will have the ability to remove recipients once in the email composer.
Select 'Follow-up'.
You will be taken to the email composer with a basic follow-up message.
You will be able to edit the text within the follow-up message, however, you will not be able to edit the previous email or add any additional sections to the email.
Select 'Send Email' and you will be taken to your Sent Emails and will able to see the follow up email.
UpMail Champions can set the default text that appears in the follow-up message by going to the Content Library>Text Library and selecting 'Follow-up texts'.
From here you can edit the follow-up messages for each of your templates or select all and edit the follow-up message for all templates.
