UpMail Champions have the capability to configure their accounts to delay email sends, granting users the ability to recall a sent message within a specific time period.
This can be configured in Setup>Account Settings>General Settings
By default, this option is turned off, and can easily be turned on by selecting the On/Off toggle, selecting the timeframe and clicking 'Update Settings'.
The drop-down will allow UpMail Champions to select 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute for the email delay.
If the recall email feature is activated in your account settings, recalling an email is a straightforward process. After sending the email and being directed to the Sent Emails page, locate the email you wish to recall and simply click the 'Undo' button next to it. This action promptly cancels the email send before it reaches the recipient's inbox.
You will then be redirected to the email composer with a notification indicating that the 'Sending has been undone'.
Please note you must select the 'Undo' button within the specified timeframe set for delaying emails (15/30/60 seconds). After the set timeframe, the email is sent and there is no way to recall the email.
