Within UpMail, Recommended Content refers to specific content set by an UpMail Champion for use by end users. This curated content serves as suggested or preferred content options to streamline the user experience.
The Recommended Content section appears on the right whenever a section within the email/template is selected or clicked on.
UpMail Champions curate the Recommended Content by either handpicking individual pieces of content for specific sections or by selecting content based on tag.
If you do not want to use the Recommended Content suggestions, remove the tag by clicking the 'x'. The entire library of options will appear and you can refine your search by clicking on the search bar and selecting a tag.
Simply choose the thumbnail image of the desired content and the chosen image will replace the existing one within the email or template.
You can also upload your own image by selecting 'My Library'.

Recommended Text will have the same workflow, and you will see all of the recommended text options on the right whenever a text snippet within the email/template is selected or clicked on.
You will have the ability to edit the recommended text by typing directly into the text snippet within the email composer. Note that this will not update the recommended text, only the text within that email.
