When you send an email to a Contact List, a ‘Friendly Unsubscribe’ link is automatically added to the bottom of the message. This gives recipients the option to stop receiving future email communications from that sender.

When someone unsubscribes:
-
Any future emails sent to that recipient will be marked as ‘Not delivered’ in your Sent items.
The unsubscribe action only applies to the sender who originally sent the email. There is an account-level setting that applies unsubscribes across all users within the UpMail account, please reach out to support@upmailsolutions.com if you would like this enabled.
You can also review and manage unsubscribed users:
Go to My Contacts (click your email address in the top-right corner of the screen).
Here, you can see which contacts have unsubscribed.
If needed, you can manually unsubscribe a contact from this page.
UpMail Champions can view the full list of Unsubscribers, and remove contacts from the Unsubscribe list within Setup>Account Settings.
