Before Signature
Once an e-signature document is sent, the status of the e-signature can be viewed within your Sent Emails.
You will be able to identify which emails contain an email signature document by the blue document icon before the subject.
To view the details of the e-signature document, click on the email and select the E-signature tab.
From this tab you can:
- View the recipients & required signatures
- See if the document has been viewed
- Resend the Contract/Document
- Cancel the Contract/Document
If the e-signature document is opened by the recipient, you will receive an email notification.
If the document expires prior to being signed, you will receive an email notification.

After Signature
Once an e-signature document has been signed, you will receive an email notification.
At this point, you will either need to wait for additional e-signatures or counter-sign if required. If neither are required, the e-signature document is complete.
Once all required signatures have been obtained, an email notification will be sent.
Within your Sent Emails, the blue icon will turn to green.
When you click on the email and go to the E-Signature tab, you can see the date and time of signature and have the option to download the signed document.
