UpMail enables users to label each sent email and/or recipient with a specific status. This feature helps to prioritize follow-ups and measure conversion rates of users, templates, and content, ultimately optimizing your sales funnel.
When you are in your Sent Emails, you can label each sent email with an easy to understand icon based on the outcome of the email communications:
When you click on the email, you are also able to apply the label to individual recipients.
This functionality allows users to easily identify the recipients they need to follow up with in order to elicit a response.
Using the 'filter by status' option, you can easily identify the status of an email.
You can then click on the email to identify which recipients to follow up with. You'll have the option to reach out to these contacts individually or all at once. Additionally, you will have the ability to filter by recipients who opened, who clicked, and who didn't open.
Using the Status Icons to Measure Conversion Rates
When a status icon is assigned to an email or recipient, this data is used in our reporting to calculate the conversion rates of Templates, Users and Content.
These metrics can be accessed from the Reporting>My Stats>Top Performing page.
