In UpMail, you can easily track the effectiveness of your emails with various reporting and tracking tools.
Just click on Reporting in the top menu, where you'll find My Stats and Team Stats (in some cases Team Stats may not be available to end-users).
Reporting Dashboard
The My Stats and Team Stats options lead you to a Dashboard showing either your individual account or team's usage, trends, communication type statistics and top-performing content.
In My Stats/Teams Stats you'll find a lifetime summary of Emails Sent, Recipients, Open Rate, and Click Rate.
Trends provide a month-to-month comparison of Emails Sent, Recipients, Open Rate, and Click Rate.
If you're using Communication Types for templates, Communication Type Stats offer an overview of emails sent within each category - Prospecting, Proposal, Nurturing, Invitation.
Note that Communication Types can be set by UpMail Champions in Template Settings.
Top Performing highlights the top 5 in:
- Templates Used (based on number sent)
- Content (based on links clicked)
- Users (score based on email send engagement)
- Subject Lines (based on Open Rate)
Usage
The Usage tab displays a line graph comparison chart showing the total number of emails or recipients over a selected date range.
Top Performing
The Top Performing tab will allow you to view your total top performing Templates, Subject Lines, Content and Clicked URL. Please note:
- When in Team Stats, you can also access top performing users.
- If you are using Communication Types for templates, you'll have the ability to Filter by Communication Type.
- Each of the columns of data can be sorted.
- The face icon pertains to the Conversion Measurement Feature.
- The Score is calculated internally, taking into account the number of sends, opens, and click rate.
