Summary: UpMail will now display a pop-up warning if there are any placeholder content surrounded with [[ ]] that has not been updated. Placeholder content are text inside [[ ]]. Example: [[Date]]
Using Placeholder Warning Feature:
Any content such as names, dates, rates, etc. that will need to be customised / personalised before sending can be outlined with [[ ]] brackets. UpMail will display a warning to notify if any content with brackets [[ ]] exists and need to be updated.

How does it work?
End Users:
Change any content you see with surrounded with the [[ ]] brackets. When changing the content erase the brackets with the text you want to use.
Example: Change "[[Name]]" to "John Smith"
UpMail Champion:
To ensure all communications are as personalised as possible, simply insert [[ ]] with what should be included ( Example: [[EVENT NAME]] ) to your templates. All users will be notified if they try to send without updating each instance of the placeholders.
