Whether you're in the Email Composer or Content Library, you can easily add an image to your UpMail account and apply it to your emails or email templates.
ADDING AN IMAGE TO THE CONTENT LIBRARY
Only Champions are able to add images to the Content Library.
1. In the Content Library, click on ‘Upload Images’
Please note that the maximum image size is 5MB. If you need assistance resizing your images or uploading a large amount of images, please email support@upmailsolutions.com
2. Your computer files window will open and you can select the image to upload, and it will appear in your Content Library.
3. Click on the Pencil Icon on the top right corner to edit the image.
4. The 'Edit Media' window will appear and you have the options to:
- Update the Name, Label, Alternative Text and add Tags (click here to learn more)
- Attach a Document or URL (click here to learn more)
- Crop the image (click here to learn more)
- Customize the overlay icon (click here to learn more - refer to Editing Supporting Content section)
5. Once you select 'Update', the changes will be saved.
6. Upload the image to your email/templates.
ADDING AN IMAGE IN THE EMAIL COMPOSER
As an End-User you can also add an image to use in your emails/email templates.
1. Click on the section you'd like to add the image, then click the 'My Library' tab to the right of Recommended Content.
2. Click '+Add', then select the 'Upload Image' button.
3. Your computer files window will open and you can select the image to upload.
4. Once you've selected the image to upload, the 'Edit Media' window will appear and you have the options to:
- Update the Name, Label, Alternative Text and add Tags (click here to learn more)
- Attach a Document or URL (click here to learn more)
- Crop the image (click here to learn more)
- Customize the overlay icon (click here to learn more - refer to Editing Supporting Content section)
5. Once you select 'Update', the image will appear within the email/template.
Please note that uploading an image to 'My Library' makes it exclusively available to you, not all users of the account. However, you can easily access that image in your library to use in other emails/templates.
