Within the UpMail Champion’s Account Settings there is an option to configure the Guestroom Table Display Options for the Meetings & Events Module Guestroom Table. This can be done by going to Setup>Account Settings>General Settings>Meetings & Events Module Settings
By default all of the boxes will be selected, but if you would like for any of these options to display within your Guestroom tables, simply un-select the box and click 'Update Settings'.
The options are:
- Hide Run of House
- Hide Room Types Without Rates
- Hide room Types Without Rooms
- Hide Occupancies Without Rates
- Hide Occupancies Without Rooms
These options are only relevant if you are using the Guestroom table with a Sales & Catering integration.
