The UpMail + Delphi integration enables users of both systems to seamlessly import data from a Delphi booking into an UpMail email or proposal template.
Here are the steps to import data from a Delphi booking into UpMail:
1. Once booking details have been entered into Delphi, select ‘Send Proposal’.
2. The first time you use the integration, you will need to authorize your connection to UpMail by entering in your UpMail login credentials.
3. Your UpMail Template Library will launch in a new window. Select the proposal template you'd like to use.
4. You will be taken to the email composer with the booking data automatically populated into the proposal.
The 'To' field will automatically populate with the main booking contact email address.
The Sales & Catering Booking fields within the email will automatically populate with data from the Delphi booking.

You will be able to edit the Delphi data once it's in UpMail, however, the data will not in turn be updated in Delphi.
Once you’ve created and sent off an email in UpMail using the integration, an activity will automatically be created under the contact within your Delphi account if you BCC your Salesforce email address.
