If you are using the Sales & Catering Integration for Delphi or Oracle Opera, the Meetings & Events tables will display all associated data linked to the booking (with the exception of the Other table). To do this, you will first need to select the following option within the booking for each system.
In Delphi, select the Send Proposal button:
In Opera Sales & Catering, select the webProposal option:
In Opera Cloud, select the Create and Send an UpMail Proposal option:
Once you have selected this option you will be taken to the UpMail interface where you can select the template to import the booking data to.

If there is no data associated with the fields within the booking, the table will not populate these fields.
If you are not using a Sales & Catering Integration, these fields will not be populated and will need to be manually populated.
