The UpMail + Salesforce integration enables users of both systems to seamlessly send UpMail emails to single or multiple recipients.
In order to use the integration, you first must install the UpMail integration in SalesForce.

To use the UpMail + Salesforce integration to send to a single recipient:
1. Login to Salesforce, go into the contact or lead, and select 'Send UpMail'.
2. From Salesforce, you will be taken to your template library within the UpMail interface.
4. Select the template you'd like to use and you will be taken to the email composer.
The 'To' field will automatically populate with the contact's email address.
The Standard Recipient Merge Fields will automatically populate with data from the Salesforce contact.

**Note that you will not see the user data within the email composer, and will need to select 'Preview' in order to see the populated email.
In order for an activity to be created in Salesforce, you will need to BCC your Salesforce email address.

Once you’ve added the BCC email address and sent off the email in UpMail using the integration, an activity will automatically be created under the contact/lead within your Salesforce account.
To use the UpMail + Salesforce integration to send to multiple recipients, follow the same steps as above but start by creating a mailing list within Salesforce and select 'Send UpMail.'
The Standard Recipient Merge Fields will automatically populate with data from the Salesforce contact for each email recipient, however, you will need to preview the email and select the user name to view the fully populated email.
If the Salesforce email address is BCC'd, an activity will be created under each contact/lead.
You can send an UpMail emails to up to 200 recipients at a time.
