When you initially setup your UpMail account you will need to enter in your contact details. These details will automatically populate your email signature within your emails.
If you would like to update these details, follow these steps:
- Click on your email address at the top right of your screen
- Select "My Profile"
- Update your profile/contact details
- Don't forget to scroll down and click "Update Profile" when you are done
The emails you send now will contain the new details.
The email signature layout can only be changed by UpMail Champions on the backend. If you are an end-user and would like to make changes to the layout/style of your email signature, please contact your UpMail Champion.
Please note that if you are updating your email address, you may need to reconnect to Outlook/Gmail so that the emails you send will be from the new email.
