Tacking allows you to see the timestamp when a recipient opens your email or clicks a link. This allows you to instantly know who to follow up with or how best to respond. This is a basic function of UpMail.

How does it work?
Open Tracking | UpMail by default will add a single pixel-sized transparent image in every email sent from your account. When a recipient opens the email and the image is loaded, you will see the event in your Sent Emails tab. This is the only way that open rates can be tracked and is used by every email tracking tool on the market.
Link Tracking | To track links UpMail generates a unique URL string (e.g., upmail.email/link17352882737) and then forwards the user to the desired URL. By using a unique link we can track who clicked what.
Why would you want to disable it?
Some email clients like outlook, block unknown sender's images by default. The recipient will be notified that images have been blocked and it may be suspicious. Disable tracking options if this becomes an issue for your company.
How do I turn ON or OFF this option?
When you are composing an email below the subject line will be a tick box to disable or enable tracking.
