Every template's top and bottom banners can be modified to reflect any branding options and color schemes. Within templates, you will be able to change the layout of the top banner and see all of your banner options.
Top Banner
- On the top menu, Go to Setup > Account Settings
- On the left menu, Go to Email Templates Setup > Top Banner
- Now simply press 'New' on the top right or 'Edit' the existing top banners
Bottom Banner
Bottom banners appear on each template are can be modified in the same way as your Top Banners.
- On the top menu, Go to Setup > Account Settings
- On the left menu, Go to Email Templates Setup > Bottom Banner
Adding a banner to your template
To add the new banner to your template you will simply click on the layout (1). Then choose "Manage"(2) in the recommended library.
Now you will select your banner and click Use Selected Block Layouts.
