UpMail is for one to one email - sending emails to individuals by the salesperson from their email account (Outlook or Gmail). For example, issuing a meeting and event proposal, issuing client invitations or following-up from a trade show.
UpMail has the capability to send emails to multiple recipients at the same time, up to 200 emails per day, dispatched one by one, (known as throttling). UpMail sets a default parameter of 1 email dispatched every 30 seconds. The maximum number of emails sent per day and throttling can be adjusted by your UpMail account manager.
For every email sent to multiple recipients a default unsubscribe link is automatically added at the base of each mail.
The parameter of a maximum of 200 emails per day is well within industry standards to protect the integrity of the organisation’s domain and from it being compromised.
