UpMail is designed for one-to-one email communication, allowing salespeople to send personalized emails to recipients directly from their email accounts (Outlook or Gmail). It is ideal for tasks such as issuing meeting and event proposals, sending client invitations, or following up after a trade show. It is important to note that UpMail is not an email marketing tool.
UpMail can handle sending emails to multiple recipients, but it is limited to 200 emails per day, dispatched one by one (a process known as throttling). By default, UpMail sends one email every 30 seconds. While the throttling rate can be adjusted by your UpMail account manager, the maximum number of emails sent per day cannot. Exceeding the 200 emails per day limit can result in your emails being flagged as spam and potentially compromise your domain's integrity.
To further protect your domain and ensure compliance with industry standards, every email sent to multiple recipients includes a default unsubscribe link at the bottom. This precaution helps maintain the health and reputation of your email domain.
By adhering to these guidelines, UpMail helps safeguard your domain from being compromised while enabling effective, personalized communication with your clients.
