Please follow the guidelines below to find your BCC email for Salesforce. This ensures that activities are automatically logged under the contact when sending emails from UpMail.
Click on your username in the upper right corner:

On the drop-down menu, select "My Settings"

On the left banner on your screen, select the Email tab under “My Settings”

Select the “My Email to Salesforce" tab (last option)

You will see your email to Salesforce address highlighted

Copy and paste this address into the “My Profile>Auto BCC email" page in UpMail.
LIGHTNING VIEW
1. Select Settings under your profile icon on the upper right corner.
2. Select "Email" then "My Email to Salesforce" on the right menu.
3. Copy the Email the Salesforce address and paste this email into your UpMail account within My Profile>Auto BCC email.
