This Gmail add-on will add three buttons to your Gmail interface.
- The Compose button is a shortcut that will take you to the UpMail interface with just one click.
- The Tracking Report button is a shortcut that will take you to the Sent Emails page of your UpMail account with just one click.
- The Reply button will enable you to reply to an email within your inbox with an UpMail email.
- Click on the email you would like to reply to, select Reply and it will take you to the UpMail interface. Select the email template you'd like to reply with, edit and send.

- Click on the 'Add to Chrome' button.
- Confirm that you want to install the extension/add-on.
- Once installation has been completed, you will need to close Chrome and re-open Gmail.
Please note that the Gmail Add-On is not required to use UpMail.
If the Gmail Add-On isn’t working as expected, please review the following:
- You must first click into the email you want to reply to, then select the Reply button.
- Click the Reply button in the center of the plug-in rather than the button on the right, as the button on the right will take you to the Sent Emails page.
- Users must have an active UpMail account and have logged into UpMail at least once before using the add-on.
- You’re unable to reply to an email that you originally sent.
- Please wait for the full message to load (approximately 10 seconds) before clicking Reply.
- Your Gmail email address and the email address associated with your UpMail account must match in order to use the add-on.
