What to do if the UpMail Outlook add-in from your Outlook toolbar?
Check in your Outlook Disabled Items list.
Under File menu, click Options. It will open up Outlook Options dialog. From left sidebar, click Add-Ins. From main window, select an add-in and from bottom of window click Go.
This will bring up COM Add-Ins dialog, now from the list select the add-in make sure the UpMail Outlook Addin is ticked. Click on OK.
Restart Outlook and the UpMail Outlook add-in should display.

We recommend trying installing the Outlook plugin again. First by selecting the “repair” option, then try removing UpMail and installing again.
